Shipping Policy
Orders typically take 7-14 business days to process and ship from the date of purchase. While we work hard to fulfill your order within this timeframe, please note that unforeseen issues may occasionally arise, which could cause delays beyond the expected processing time.
If any such delays occur, we will make every effort to notify you and provide updates on the status of your order.

Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In the original packaging
We also require proof of purchase (receipt or order number) to complete the return process.
Return Process & Conditions

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

Products must be new and unused to qualify for a return.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted:

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error

Returns that are made more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable time, first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company—processing times can vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at hello@evolveapnea.com for assistance.
Sale Items
Sale items are not refundable, unless otherwise approved by Evolve Apnea.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at hello@evolveapnea.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be issued after we receive the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return an item, please contact us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returned items should be shipped in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

Evolve is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or penalties related to the return shipment.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Please note: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
