EQ Rescue - Field Report
Freediving instructor at the surface fitting a nose clip, FREEQ goggles on
EQ Rescue · The 1,000 Goggles Field Study

One student.Five minutes.

One field report for each stuck student you work with on the goggles - about one a month. Twelve quick questions, straight into the study the moment you press Send.

Students stay anonymous: a number like "Student #3", never a name, face or identifying detail. Honest beats flattering - if a step didn't work, say so. That is what the study is for.

How it works

Teach as normal. Report as you go.

01A student gets stuck

Mask problems fixed first - then the switch to FREEQ goggles and a sealed clip, the ladder, the pop.

02Send one report

Same day if you can. Twelve questions, your instructor code and a student number. Nothing to print.

03It lands in the study

Your report goes straight into the study sheet and counts toward your ten. You get a Report ID on screen.

Field report · one per stuck student

Anonymous, always. No names, faces or identifying details - the student is a number. Reports go to the study team only; conduct or safety concerns go separately to safety@evolveapnea.com.
